The community wishes to extend a warm welcome and thank you for choosing to make the Muirfield Community your new home. This is a quick reference page for the commonly asked questions for new homeowners.

Trash and Yard Waste Removal: Pickup day for trash is Thursday. Click here for holiday pickup announcements. Access to Iredell County bulk waste disposal is included in your annual county taxes.  

Association Assessments: Payments are $200 and are due semi-annually.  Payments are made to Cline and Company.

Disclosure Packet: You will receive a packet of information during closing or after signing a rental agreement that contains the association governing documents.  Please become familiar with this information as it outlines the bylaws, rules/regulations, architectural guidelines and association financial statements.
