The community wishes to extend a warm welcome and thank you for choosing to make the Muirfield Community your new home. This is a quick reference page for the commonly asked questions for new homeowners.
Trash and Yard Waste Removal: Pickup day for trash is Thursday. Click here for holiday pickup announcements. Access to Iredell County bulk waste disposal is included in your annual county taxes.
Association Assessments: Payments are $200 and are due semi-annually. Payments are made to the Property Management Company.
Disclosure Packet: You will receive a packet of information during closing or after signing a rental agreement that contains the association governing documents. Please become familiar with this information as it outlines the bylaws, rules/regulations, architectural guidelines and association financial statements.

Trash and Recycling
Trash pick up is on Thursday.
Place trash outside by 6 a.m., but
not before 6 p.m. the night before. Please
remove the bins by the next morning.
Trash and
recyclables will be collected on all holidays except
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
When a designated pickup day falls on one of these
holidays, uncollected trash or recyclables will be
removed on the next regularly scheduled pickup day. A
special pick up day may also be designated.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not store trash and recycle containers on front porch or in common areas at the side or back of your house.
